Overview

Dianna Jazwinski is a West Sussex based editorial photographer specialising in gardens, plants and florals for horticultural magazines, books and catalogues.

Biography

My photographic career started in 1996 with a simple evening class in Black and White photography, taking photos and learning darkroom skills during the film era.

I was convinced at the time B&W was all I wanted to do until I had to do the macro course  and started working with flowers. I was then and still am hooked on all things botanical as well as beautiful craft, nature and the sea shore world.

Eventually I started getting images published in the horticultural press, still in the realm of slide film, until 2006 when digital took over. Another major learning curve that was!  Hanging in there, it eventually became easier and managed  to hone my technical skills sufficiently to get representation with Gap Photos which took the imagery world -wide.

My clients now include Gardens Illustrated, The English Garden and Country Living.
